1) Product Description - CNC Wire Cutting EDM - B Series

 1.The machine is endowed with Wire tightening system” patent for its wire running system.

2.Parameter of multi—cutting(parameter of high frequency, wire running speed)once fixed, the machine can be intelligently controlled.

3.The Processing accuracy: 0.01mm

4.The best surface roughness:Ra ≤1.5um.

5.The max.cutting speed: 160mm2/min.

6.The average speed of triple cutting is about 80mm2/min(one cut, a— 

nother two cuts for mortification for raising accuracy and reducing s— 

urface roughness of workpiece, surface roughness≤1.5um).

7.The system adopts the cartography type automatic programming software, autoCAD graphic file is compatible simultaneously.

8.The overall electricity controller is a vertical control box integrating

The computer is the professional computer for industrial use with 15”
